Frank Oteri is a writer and researcher who has worked in the wind energy industry since 2007 as part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s stakeholder outreach initiative at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Frank has developed databases to track and record his research pertaining to the economic impacts of wind farms, manufacturers of wind energy components, and wind energy ordinances at the state and local levels. He has researched, written, and contributed to multiple wind energy publications on topics such as wind industry manufacturing, wind energy education, success stories, built-environment wind turbines, wind industry market reports, wind and wildlife, and wind energy myths. He also researches website content and maintains online databases.
Frank holds a B.S. in mass communications with an emphasis in print journalism and a creative writing minor from Colorado State University-Pueblo. He is also a playwright, active in the Denver theater community.
